Hello to all! I am applying to UTMB in Galveston for the Spring 2017 start. I have not seen any posts about this particular semester, so I thought I would reach out. Any body applying, gotten information, how was your TEAS test, pre-reqs, etc.?

Personally, this is my second degree as I have my first in Business Management & Entrepreneurial Studies. My mom is a nurse and has inspired me in so many ways, and I am excited to see where this journey leads me.
I made an 82.7% on my TEAS V and I am pretty nervous about this as I am not too sure how it compares or what the norm is. I hope everyone is having good luck in their application process and let me know how it is going for ya'll?
off Topic but had to ask. I'm an out of state applicant to UTMB Accelerated traditional Nursing path. Did anyone go through this? if Yes, how did you take the Texas Government class?? PLS help!
Hey y'all! I have an interview on Monday and was wondering what girls have been wearing? Just slacks and a blouse or making it a whole suit and wearing a jacket too?

There is likely an equivalent pre req. I would look online for a list of transfer credits or call them and ask.
I finally heard from UTMB about my application. The verdict: I got denied It's a sad thing but I am also starting at UH this Fall for my BS in Human Resources Development and I will be graduating in a year!! I believe this is a blessing in disguise for me. If I still want to pursue Nursing, I can just apply again for second degree Nursing at UH.
It feels better to at least hear something and not being left hanging. So yayyy!! Congrats to everyone who got in and for those of us who didn't, always be positive, always have a plan B and always be prepared for the outcome. God knows where you are meant to be.
