Quota for this semester is 100.
Just interviewed this morning. My interviewer said that they have a meeting this afternoon and about every week until interviews are over, so it's possible that those who interviewed today might be reviewed and voted on. If you interviewed earlier I would expect to hear something pretty soon, depending on how quick student services gets the information out. Hope that helps!
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!!! So I know I should've checked my TEAS scores on E-connect a long time ago, but I never did. But they are lower than what I received on the test. Did anyone else have this problem. This is what I was told while inquiring about the discrepancy:
According to ATI and the score sheet details, the scores you see reported are those prior to the adjusted score which averages the scores somehow based on the difficulty of the particular test you took. In other words, candidates can take different versions so the score is adjusted to accommodate the difference.
Good luck to everyone. Just wanted to pass some info along about immunizations and CPR/ First Aid. You may have been exposed and developed antibodies to Hep B so you may not need an immunization, check with your dr. first because to get the immunization it takes 6 mos. There is an accelerated immunization but that costs around $300. I called the clinic at UTMB and they suggested Legacy clinic in Houston or one of the community clinics through Harris County Hospital District. HCCS the community college system also offers CPR and First Aid classes pretty cheap.
Anyone going to commute from Houston, I have not decided yet to move to Galveston but am considering a car pool, room mate and shared child care. I have two toddlers in preschool so I need help for the days we do clinicals and on Tuesdays when we are on campus.
I do not understand why some people are already aware if they have been accepted or declined already. My interview was on October 4th, and the woman who interviewed me told me they would get back to us in two weeks. I still have not heard from them, recieved email, or been updated on e-connect. And, when i call the admissions office they keep saying they won't be sending out info until the end of this month, and beginning of nov. So if they are saying that to some people, then why are they telling others over the phone if they've been accepted? Sorry, but it's not making sense, and this wait is just a little frustrating.

There acceptance process is a little weird. I had an interview oct 4th and by oct 6 th my status changed on e connect. I received a waitlist letter on oct 9th, before any of the acceptees had been notified. I don't understand their process.
