UTMB Spring 2010

Hi Sarah Ashley,

I was told that most of our classes will be online, but we meet one day a week in Galveston. They try to schedule our clinicals around where we live, # days depends on the location/rotation, so the hospitals will change. They also said they usually reserve clinical spots at UTMB for students who live on the island.

I live deep in Friendswood, and it takes me about 40 minutes to get to UTMB. It's an easy drive, though. My work commute is actually longer than this, so it's not a big deal for me. The morning commute is not bad, it's the drive home that is usually worse.

i emailed someone at the son and asked if all the interview letters were sent out. she said:

just about. there are a few the committee is reviewing.

Have you received an e-mail for an invite yet virginiadawn2? I still haven't heard anything. I'm afraid to call and ask if they will. Maybe we will hear something before the day is over.
