UTMB Spring/Summer 2019

Hi I know it's a few months early, but have anyone started getting their application/essay ready to apply to UTMB for 2019? Lol I'm nervous looking at blogs from previous years. I'm also scared to take the TEAS. I plan on applying for Summer 2019.

I'm applying for the 2019 Fall.

I have a overall 3.58

I haven't taken my TEAS yet, I'm a little nervous.

Don't be nervous, I have a 3.48 GPA and an 81 on my TEAS and got two interviews. The TEAS will try to question your thinking but really just pay attention to the details of the questions, especially math, that's what nursing is a lot about. Yes I got waitlisted but thats amazing still and better than denied in total. If you get an interview (which I am sure you will) just be yourself, be confident, and prepare for explaining how you study. You're personal statement is very significant in the application process also.

Hey guys. I know summer is a ways away, but I was going to see if any of you wanted to make a GroupMe or Facebook group message so we could talk about the program or housing or just start to get to know each other. My friend who was waitlisted for Spring 2019 just got into UTMB!!! Everyone who is on the waitlist, don't lose hope!!! I, myself, didn't get in just yet. Still waiting!

I don't think it'll happen this time. The coordinator sent me an email about "other outlets for nursing" so I assume I'm pretty low. It's alright, gonna give one more try for Fall and apply everywhere else. Good luck to you! I think you're pretty high up if you interviewed for admission initially
