UTMB Spring 2015 Applicants

Hey Y'all,

I read through the whole UTMB Fall 2014 thread and thought I'd start the next semesters thread (because I couldn't find one). I know the application doesn't close until May 31st, but thought it would be helpful to start this now.

I had my interview on 8/14 with a male mental health professor, I can't remember what his name was, but did anyone else interview with him?? Also, does anyone know how many semesters nursing school is? I was thinking if we start in January 2015, we would graduate in May or July of 2016, but wasn't sure!

I asked who I interviewed with and was told there are four semesters, Spring, Summer, Fall, and Spring again so yes I believe the graduation would be in May of 2016.

4 semesters graduating in April. A good friend of mine is currently attending and told me he will graduate this coming April.

I gave up around lunch time. It'll come when it comes, if it comes. I've been roaming around AN reading random threads to keep me occupied... and working too I guess. Shhh, don't tell my boss!

I refuse to check mine until i see someone post that they got in. Temptation has been bad. Worst part is that I don't work today so I have had a lot of free time. :/ lol

Are interviews over?

I can't say yes and I can't say no, but I'm going more towards no. I think they'll be sending out either one or two more waves of interviews. My interviewer says they're trying really hard to speed up everything so they have a commitment from their students earlier than later. This also all depends on how us recent interviewees did as well. For all I know, I could be denied and you could be accepted in the next wave of interviews that goes out.
