UTMB Spring 2014 Applicants

The application process has just gotten under way for UTMB spring admission. Has anyone taken the TEAS tests? Any helpful hints on getting a high score?

I think you can only take a type of biology, chemistry, or pathophysiology for your extra science credit. But I'm assuming you should have one anyway because you need to take regular Biology before you can take A&P or Microbio.

I never took regular bio before I took my a&p's or micro. The only science classes I have are nutrition, chem, both a&p and micro... So I guess I need to finish out patho..

Oh that's weird that your school didn't require regular bio as a prereq to those classes

Hi everyone. I've been following this thread and I got an acceptance letter through email as well that says "conditionally accepted". I think it says on there that our physical letter will be mailed soon.

After being waitlisted last admission cycle I am excited to say that I have finally received an interview for next week. So excited!!!!!!!

I haven't received anything by mail. I just found out via email and mystar yesterday. It will probably be by the end of this week before I get my letter in the mail. I will let you guys know what mine says about "conditionally" and if it has any courses listed.

I am shocked! I got an email for an interview. It's scheduled in 2 weeks. I also was waitlisted last semester. I gave up hope that I would get in this semester But now I have a chance! :)

Same here with the wait list! My scores aren't that high and I didn't expect to get in next semester either. But it all happened so fast and I hope the rest of you guys get in too! Don't give up though! Keep applying till you make it!
