Btw, there is the ATI TEAS entrance exam for FALL 2010.

Anyone taken it yet?

I can't seem to find the registration for it in the atitesting.com.

Aww congrats to those of you who got your acceptance letters today. For those who didn't, don't give up hope yet, with our class they took a few days to notify everyone. If you do not get accepted this round, apply again. I didn't get in the first time I applied to UTMB. Someone mentioned Dr. E at San Jac for Patho...he's awesome. Hard, but you will learn a ton and it will definitely help you your first semester.

Again, congrats! I'll probably be one of the senior students helping out at your orientation :-)

TheRedOne.. I was accepted in the 1st group and havn't heard anythign else! i already sent in all my stuff... any idea when i'll be hearing from them again? Like schedules and scrub info and payments... all that good stuff?

I just got my acceptance packet in the mail as well. I left work early when I heard some were getting them. When I pulled up the mail truck was outside and I stalked him. I am so happy this finally came true for me. This is my second time to apply so dont ever give up if this is your dream. Good luck to those who are still waiting and congrats on those who got their packets!

I put down two different addresses. Current- is my apt right now, and Permanent- is where my parents live....

Would they send the letter to my current or permanent address?

They are probably waiting until they get all of the acceptance letters out to give you other information. With our group they accepted everyone at once, and they actually called us to let us know. We got the packet a week later. So I don't know about the different groups. I CAN tell you though that all of the stuff is available online, as far as scrubs and stuff. You can get your penlight and scissors at any uniform place, but the only place we found the orange scrubs was near the medical center downtown, and at Uniform Outlet off of Delany Rd in LaMarque. They do have them at the bookstore, and they already have the patch on them. The patch just says "UTMB School of Nursing." You might as well buy them at the bookstore, because if you save money by getting them elsewhere, you have to then spend money to buy the patch and then more to get it sewed on. Getting them at the bookstore is easier, faster, and its about the same amount of money.

It takes awhile to update on Econnect fyi.
