UTMB FALL 2019

The UTMB Fall 2019 application opens soon on November 15! Have you started on your essay or the TEAS preparation yet? I am so excited and nervous at the same time and have been stalking past threads on AllNurses.

Currently taking AP I and Microbiology and will be taking AP II in the Spring. I hope to take the TEAS by the end of December.

Please feel free to discuss your experience, stats, comments, etc.

I was on the waitlist and I got a call about 2 weeks ago with an offer of admission. I declined today so they should be moving down the waitlist!

so they call applicants?! ? I thought it was only via email. I would probably studder if they call me offering me a spot! lol

I got a call about 2 hours ago! I started bawling ? good luck to everyone else, the wait is worth it!!!!!

Why did you decline? Are you going to another program? Do you mind sharing your STATS?

I ended up declining because my support system fell through and I didn’t feel comfortable relocating all the way to Galveston with my son by myself.

Hopefully I’ll make it into a program that’s local and closer to my family. ?

TEAS: 92.7 overall

Prerequisite GPA: 3.7

Overall GPA: 3.5

Education: Bachelors degree from A&M
