Hey! I wanted to make this post because I didn't see a thread for those who are applying to UTMB Galveston Fall 2018. I know application hasn't open yet, but I just took my teas score. I have no idea if it is good enough for UTMB standards. I currently have 40 hours, but by the end of this semester I will have around 53 credit hours. I have no idea how I should even start my personal statement. Would you guys be willing to share your stats? Any questions or comments please feel free to post! :)
My stats are roughly 80 TEAS overall, 3.3-3.4 overall, 3.2 science. Also the first time I interviewed it was an unclear email which turned out to only be for the waitlist (the way the email was worded it made it seem like for admission) so at my interview I found this out and decided I'll go home and apply for the spring start (first interview was for Fall 2017). I was then told i can't apply for spring because the application closed already....the day RIGHT BEFORE MY INTERVIEW. so I got screwed and couldn't apply until the summer. Flash forward I interview for the summer and recently got waitlisted AGAIN. then I received an interview invitation yesterday and called this morning and won't have to interview again, now I'm just waiting again. This time I did apply somewhere else because I'm tired of waiting but I love UTMB and so have been toughing it out and waiting :/
