UTMB FALL 2015

Hello everyone! I think it's finally time for someone to start a fall thread so here it goes. I am applying to UTHSC and UTMB for fall semester. I gave my teas test today and idk if that score is good enough or not. My GPA is 4.0 and teas individual score is 81. How did everyone else do in their test?

No ma'am. Did you apply for fall? If so, has anything changed in your mystar?

Yes, I applied for Fall, but nothing has changed in mystar that I can see.

Hello folks!hw y'all doing? I applied to UTMB and TTUHSC for fall 2015! I took Teas V twice cause I screwed up my reading grade on the first try! I actually retook it after 3 days and improved my grade by 6 pts! English is my second language and I couldn't speak a lick of English when I first came to the States! I have 250 hospital volunteer hrs, 540 church volunteer hrs and CPR certified! I already did my interview at TTUHSC and they said I should hear back from them before the spring break! My other

I don't know if I get accepted into UTMB cause retaking the teas might decrease my chance! I hope my gpa and extracurricular activities will help me get in! UTMB is my number one choice alongside TTUHSC and UT San Antonio! Good luck to us all!!

Do you guys know if the admissions committee going on a spring break? If they do, it's another week to the delay, right? :(

I keep checking the number of people on the Summer 15 Facebook page and there are only about 45 people in that group. I'm almost positive that there are a lot more people that need to be added before they are done with summer. I really hope we start hearing something soon!

Who took teas v test twice pls? I got 75.3 on my first try cause I screwed up on reading! Then I retook the test after 3 days and got 81.3! I called and talked to the admission coordinators and they said they will consider the highest score! But I'm worried retaking may narrow my chance of getting accepted! Who is in the same boat as me?

It is March! I'm optimistic that this is our week and we will start to hear something back on interviews. If you look at last year's threads, they are a full month behind schedule. I'm hoping that it means that they will go quickly through the process. :)

According to last fall's blog it seems like people only recieved interview invites on Mondays since that is the only day that the committee reviews application. I hope this doesn't mean that we aren't going to be hearing anything this week!

I thought they extended summer because they couldn't enroll enough students? But then, why do they waitlilst people?
