Just wanted to start a thread to see how many others have applied to the BACC2 program and hopefully we can keep track when interviews start, letters get sent, etc.
So, have you sent in your application, and when do you think you will first hear something? I know last year, interviews didn't start until October, but I have a feeling that they were still trying to play catch-up from Ike. Considering that some of the Fall 2010 applicants were contacted on March 1st for interviews when the application period ended Feb. 15th, I'm hoping that maybe August could be a possiblity for us to hear from UTMB. Any one else have thoughts about this?

Has anyone tried logging into the Exchange web email system? If so, have you had any problems? It keeps telling me Internal Server Error.
I'm in the same boat as greengold. Still waiting for my login info. Enrollment services emailed my form to security on Friday, so I figure if I don't hear back by this Friday, I'll give them a call and post if I find out any new info.
FYI - On my first financial aid letter, they had awarded me money for Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 instead of Spring and Summer 2011. I had to call to have them change it and they emailed me a new one. Everyone may want to double check their letters to make sure the semesters are correct.
Hey Everyone! I just saw this thread- congrats to everyone that got in! I got in as well for Spring Bacc2 and I believe I interviewed on the same day as most of you. What a crazy day. Hey Twins- you totally got me hooked on Hawthorne hahaha.
I just started a group on facebook- just search for UTMB Bacc2 2011 I think itd be a great way to keep in contact with everyone.

Update on log in info for the Financial Aid portal:
I emailed UTMB and was told that the man who is in charge of granting access is out today, but that they are switching over to a new computer system which is keeping him extremely busy. No date on when we might get the log in info though.

I had an interview on the 24th of September, and it went REALLY well, but I have still heard NOTHING! Shouldn't I have heard something, either way? It is making me incredibly anxious!!! Does anyone know if they have sent out denial or waitlist notifications?
Dont lose hope yet! According to the website. You should hear something regarding admissions by Tuesday (tomorrow) November 9th! Also, make sure they have a correct email address on file. I almost missed my interview because of that! Hope you get in. Good luck
Advor, I am in the same boat as you. Great interview on 9/24 and still no word. I called Friday afternoon and inquired about when I should receive a response bc i was told we would be notified the first week of Nov. Obviously, that didnt happen. They made no promises about me hearing anything this week, but hopefully Vick English is correct. Where on the site did you read decisions would be given tomorrow Vick? I couldnt find it. Its making me very anxious too considering I applied back in April!
