I've been thinking of it. In fact, I've been in touch with one of the admissions guys for a year. If it weren't $50K for the whole thing I'd definitely do it; I like that the classroom stuff is mostly online. And I like the idea of spending just over a year and getting a BSN rather than two years on an ADN, which is what I've applied for so far. Ugh, typing this all out has made me think I'm definitely going to do it now! Where are you guys, Florida or Syracuse?

I understand. The 50K is what's having me worried, more like 60k with housing, but I think it'll be worth it. I like it for the same reasons as you. I would be relocating to Syracuse if accepted.
I want to ask my rep. if they started reviewing applications but I'm a little hesitant because I don't want them to flag me for being annoying lol.
I live about an hour away from Syracuse, so it's convenient for me--though I probably wouldn't want to make the commute every day, especially in the winter... Syracuse gets INSANE amounts of snow! So yeah, the online component is perfect.
Have you two checked out housing prices in Syracuse? It's actually really quite affordable.

Are you applying for personal loans if you don't mind me asking ? How are you funding this program It's still a task for me to find funding .
I do not think financial aid will cover the cost.So most likely I will get private loans
Any news from Utica?
Not yet. My counselor told me because of weather conditions and other people's schedules plus the amount of applications they received for the fall, she wasn't able to give me a time on when I would hear back, but she said hopefully by the end of the month. It's a little frustrating but I can imagine they received a lot more applications than they expected.

I put in my application for the St. Pete location ABSN back in January and was provisionally accepted. I think as expensive as it is, it's really not that much or less than most other private ABSN program. That being said, I think that's where I'll be headed in the fall, maybe a little sooner to settle in before getting started.
Congrats. What are your stats ans when you got admission news?Is not it too early for FALL?
