Hey guys!
So the application to start in the Fall of 2015 is due on February 1st. Really, that is right around the corner if you think about it!
Let this thread be dedicated to all hopefuls!
I still have to take the Teas V, but I did buy the study guide with 2 tests so hopefully that helps. My cumulative GPA will be 3.2ish and my pre-req GPA will be close to 4.0. I'm extremely anxious about getting in that is for sure!
I'm pretty sure the math/science GPA is only calculated from the math and science pre-reqs, and not all the math and science that you've ever taken. For example, I have gen. chem and organic, as well as stats, college algebra, and calculus. So since my O-chem grade (A) is higher than gen. chem, it will be used in calculating my math/science GPA. Same goes for college algebra being counted instead of Calc. As long as the class satisfies the requirement, Brandy said she will take the highest grade.

Oh yea I forgot about that... In which case my GPAs are probably different. Bleh, forget it. I'm not going to really worry about how good or bad it is. It's a little late to be doing anything about it now anyways.

Good! Because I took a higher level chem and got an A

jmora, add up all of your classes by letter grade. (So an A= 4 points, B= 3 points, C=2 points, D= 1 point)
Take all of your math and sciences letter grades that are required for the program and add them up and then divide by 8. That will give your math and science GPA
