UTHSCSA Traditional BSN Application Fall 15

Hey guys!

So the application to start in the Fall of 2015 is due on February 1st. Really, that is right around the corner if you think about it!

Let this thread be dedicated to all hopefuls!

I still have to take the Teas V, but I did buy the study guide with 2 tests so hopefully that helps. My cumulative GPA will be 3.2ish and my pre-req GPA will be close to 4.0. I'm extremely anxious about getting in that is for sure!

Hey guys!! I was logged in and decided to check in -- was running through y'alls thread, saw this and had to laugh! SOOOOO remember the stress and anticipation we all had going through this...It will all be a distant memory soon...

We are in our 2nd semester right now and starting our OB Clinicals next week...We've been doing our psych clinicals for a few weeks now and settling into a rhythm...2nd semester is so much smoother than 1st! Still alot of work, but knowing the routine just helps...

Good luck to you all! I know it doesn't feel like it, but the time will fly and you will be sitting in Orientation before you know it...:)

I don't know why I'm laughing at this...

Weren't letters sent out last year in alphabetical order by last name? I seem to remember that (or maybe not), so I would imagine it's the same this year. So maybe once someone here with the last name of "A" or close to the beginning of the alphabet gets something, then we can sort of gauge about when to expect one?

No I think they were all at once. But I don't remember from any other threads anyone coming on saying they didn't get accepted.

I've been so stressed I'm sure I've gained about 5 pounds these past 3 weeks :( but at least February is almost over!!!!

I'm an L so I'm right in the middle. :/ but I remember in last falls thread it was sent out by last name and I think it was all at once

I was talking to my friend who is in her first semester this spring and she said the acceptance letters go out alphabetically. Unfortunately my last name starts with P :(

Haha yea, I recently reorganized my inbox categorically, so I keep checking the "school" one. Doesn't help that my last name starts with an S, either. :p

I see that you are in the waiting period, and I know that it can be quite nerve-wracking :banghead:. I just wanted to stop by to (first) wish you all the best :). Agreed! The amount of food I have eaten these past few weeks is unreal. Lol. I exercise to relieve stress...but then eat copious amounts of junk. Hah!!
