Hello! So I had seen threads started for past classes and didn't see one yet for the Fall of 2014 class, so I figured I would start one. So let me introduce myself. My name is Will Long, I am a 27 years old male and I am applying for UTHSCSA's Traditional BSN program for the Fall of 2014. I have started my application and have signed up to take the TEAS test next Friday. I am pretty excited about finally being able to apply after finishing up all the pre-reqs. Anyways I was hoping this thread could be used a source of information and a place to ask each other questions throughout the application process. Anybody else out there applying? Have you already taken your TEAS test?
That's what I figured. Thanks for answering. I've lived here for a long, long time so it won't be a problem. Thank goodness for that because I can't imagine having to pay out of state tuition. It's already expensive to go there rather than SAC, but well worth it for what we get for it. OK, moving on to the rest of the process!
I went back and reread the residency form more carefully and found that I didn't have to fill out those additional parts after all. This is so unlike me, perhaps it's the nerves? Luckily I had not submitted it yet, so I went back over it and completed it correctly. The supplemental application has been submitted, now I just wait with the rest of you!
I printed the residency questionnaire and filled it out. Then I scanned it, saved it and emailed it back . In the same email I attached the supplemental application including the essay answers.
Did you send the pages from the residency questionnaire all seperate?? Because when I scanned them all, they all come up as seperate pictures but im wondering if I can combine all the scanned pages into one document?? I have no idea how to do it. How did yal do this?
Eelizondo66, you scan each page and it will make a copy of each page. Then you save it as one document. Close it, then attach it in the email. Hope that helps you out.
Yes, I printed out the residency questionnaire and filled it in, then scanned it and emailed it back. The other form I did not print out, I just typed in the field and then saved it. I attached that into the same email as the other.
