I got an email February 17 saying they received my application, TEAS score, and application fee!

Got the same email here! It also said they'll have admissions decisions by March 18th.

Alright guys, I don't know about y'all but I'm stressin! haha. I want March 18th to get here...like now! I have been accepted to TLU's and Schreiner's BSN programs for Fall 2016, so I have options, but I am really hoping to get an acceptance from UTHSCSA next week. How's everyone else holding up?

I actually emailed them yesterday to see if they know when exactly the emails will be sent out since there's only 10 days left.

Just in case y'all missed any forms, here is the link to the student immunization record that needs to be filled out by a healthcare provider. http://shc.uthscsa.edu/pdf/SHC_new_students.pdf I have insurance through the healthcare exchange (aka Obama care) and my former doctor dropped me and I can't find anyone who will take it. I was wondering if UTHSC has a clinic that will help me get my needed immunizations and fill out this form for me. I am going to call this week and figure it out.

Hey friendlyjane. So I've looked into this as well, UTHSCSA informed me that they can perform the vaccinations and required bloodwork but they will not fill out the form for you, you will still have to go to another Doctor to do that. But they also said that you could just go to like an TexasMed clinic and they will do it for you, she said the one around the corner from UTHSCSA is familiar with the process.

Howdy y'all! I am midway through my first semester at UTHSCSA and I'm here if y'all have any questions! Once y'all get acceptance letters someone should take initiative and create a Facebook page for your class, it's how you can stay in contact and meet each other in a private and environment. It also allows accepted students and other cohorts to find you so you can ask questions! Good luck and I hope to see you all in the fall!!

Thanks so much. That is what they emailed me without the explanation of going to an urgent care clinic. I am going to my sisters doc who is about 45 min from SA. She knew he was accepting new patients and I just wanted to get seen without hunting forever for a new doc and it taking a month to get in. Start everything on Monday. I drove by UTHSCSA today for a screening one of my kiddos needed. I just wanted to drive on campus, go to the admissions office and demand them to tell me if I got accepted. Ha ha ha. Oh lordy!
