I got my TEAS invite email and I'm worried about it because there are no testing centers near Austin, where I live.
Does anyone know how many people apply and how many people are accepted?

Hello All,
I also received the e-mail to take the TEAS test. I registered for 2/23/2010.. YAY! I bought the study manual so now it's time to study!!! Good luck to all of you!
Hawkins- you are going to have to travel to SA and take it! i live in houston and i gotta wake up @ 4am to make it there on time and early =(
PS: are you applying to UTHouston as well? You were in the other forum too right and made that fb group? I know UTSA accepts 120 ppl i dont know the avg amount that apply but imma say its less competition than UTHouston.
cmonroe - what study guide did you buy? did u buy it through aritesting? its confusing me cause it says there are diff TEAS versions... i dont know which to get! if the TEAS is easier than the NET then nobody should worry
I ordered my study manual from the ATI website. It was about $38 and some change. It was the TEAS study manual 3.0/4.0. I think that was the only version they had for the TEAS on that webite. I may be wrong. I saw they had manuals for the NET and some other tests also.
