Hi,

I am new to allnurses.com and I wanted to start a topic for the Spring 2013 applicants at UTHSC Houston. Where we can keep each other posted on the process as it nears. I have yet to take the HESI but i wonder if anyone else has taken it and what their score was. I will compile my GPA's later and post them on here.

Thank you! And, yes, I received it just after 11am this morning. All of my GPAs were between 3.7 and 3.8, and my HESI score was a 95.5.

Hello, everyone! I've been reading this thread and decided to join. I also applied for the Spring 2013 semester at UTHSC but am still waiting to hear back. When I look at my admission status it is a yellow triangle I'm still taking classes this semester to finish my pre-reqs so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I did receive a course evaluation but that's it. Anyone else having this issue?

Anyway, congrats to those who got accepted and good luck to everyone else waiting to hear back! :)

Yes. I had a yellow triangle (i am currently taking my last 3 classes) and when i got accepted last week that awful triangle changed to a green check mark. The triangle does not affect your chances of getting in!!

Well that makes me feel better, yet worries me at the same time..I haven't heard anything..and I'd say my stats are pretty good. The wait is killing me!

I had a yellow triangle as well, currently taking microbiology. Dont worry, I am sure more of you will be hearing soon :)

I actually haven't received my course/transcript evaluation in the mail yet! What exactly is the evaluation for? If I haven't received mine yet does that mean my application hasn't been looked at?
