I went through the forum and sent everyone a PM with the link to the facebook group! The current group is set to "closed" anyone can see the group and who's in it just not the posts. That's how all the previous fb groups have been so I just followed what's already been done. If anyone is having any trouble send me a PM and I'll link it to you! Changed the name to : UTHSC Houston SON Summer Class of 2014. Hopefully, it is easier to find now! :)

I got a happy email today as well!! Very very excited :) I did not have all my prereqs finished when I applied. I'm taking my last prereq right now- which is philosophy. Was there a facebook group set up? I'm not sure if someone responded earlier!

I've also applied for both UTMB and UTH's summer accelerated programs! Any idea of when we're supposed to be hearing back from either school?

I got the same email as well! I was actually surprised that we received acceptances so quickly! Does anyone know when we have to give them our answer on whether we accept the offer?

Just applied to the UTHSCSA summer 2013 accelerated program! I applied to UTHSC-H for their spring traditional BSN and haven't heard anything back from them yet. So I'm waiting and trying to keep all of my options open. I actually haven't received my course/transcript evaluation in the mail yet! What exactly is the evaluation for? If I haven't received mine yet does that mean my application hasn't been looked at?

I had the same issue. My HESI scores weren't showing up even though I took my HESI in June, and they hadn't updated the system to reflect my scores. My application still shows the yellow triangle because I'm currently enrolled in classes at UH as well, and they said that won't change until the semester is over in Dec. :/ Though, it shouldn't affect admission status (according to them). I have a friend who was notified Friday. I'm really worried too!

Same here! When I went to one of their open-houses they said that the only grades they look at are for pre-reqs! Do you know if that changes for the accelerated program and if they look at the cumulative bachelor's gpa?

Yeah. I check it about once a day and it is still just that yellow triangle! Once November arrives, I'm DEF going to be glued to myUTH as well. I hope we get in before that!

Gah I'm SO NERVOUS!! How are you guys coping with the wait?

The SAME thing is happening to me right now and I'm freaking out. I sent a transcript in like August it's OCT andn still nothing. So I sent another TWO at the same time to be thorough, and I'm really hoping that it gets through this time around
