UTHSC Houston - Fall 2013

Greetings!

I am applying to UTHSC Houston - Fall 2013. Anybody else?

Dude same here....I am so nervous...I have 5 courses left that I'm taking this semester...I hope that doesn't lessen my chances of getting in..are you done all your prereqs carlajean?

Pretty much I only have two classes left that I am taking this semester. Did you apply to any other schools?

I was going to apply to PVAMU but by the time I realized that I needed a few different prereqs it was too late and I ended up missing the deadline. Really dumb to put all my eggs in one basket though but I really really want to attend UT :/...what about you??

Oh no! Yeah I really hate how every school has a few different classes.. really makes your choices narrower. I applied to UT-Houston TWU-Houston and UTMB in Galveston.

I got an e-mail back from SON admissions saying that my transcript evaluation will be completed and mailed to me. I don't know if they we're already sending one or if it was because I requested it; but, it will be reassuring to see it for myself and know that all my credits did transfer!

I applied to TWU-Houston as well. I think we will hear back from them before UT-Health, but UT-Health is my first choice. My friend applied to the same schools you did last semester and she heard back from UTMB first, then TWU, and finally UT-Health. She's a J1 now and LOVES it!

That's good news that you've heard from SON. I still haven't heard anything from them at all. I'm getting really nervous. I keep going back to the mailbox, hoping something from SON is there!

Hi everyone! Good luck to everyone applying...hopefully you will hear something soon! When you are accepted to UT Houston, if anyone needs scrubs, I have 2 pairs of Grey's Anatomy XS with patches sewn on and a lab coat also with the patch sewn on. I will sell all for $85. If anyone is interested, I also have a pair of NikeID white leather shoes. The check is navy and the inside is orange (bright orange), I will sell for $90 also (wore them twice). Did anyone complete their government courses at HCC? I completed GOVT 2302 American Gov Nat/Sta/Local II and I am having trouble transferring this course for my government requirements. Please let me know if anyone has taken this at HCC and if it transferred...thanks a bunch!! =)

I took my gov class at HCC and I haven't had any problem transferring it over. Hope that helps!!
