Congrats to all that got accepted into the summer. I just received great news of my acceptance for Fall 2013 and need some help. Does anyone know how to accept your position. I did log on to UTHSC and do not know where to accept. Please help!! Thanks...=)

Hey Chelle, The counselor is telling me that GOVT 2302 Amer Gov/Sta/Local II will not transfer as Texas Government because it is lacking the Texas Constitution portion, he is saying that GOVT 2302 is considered as American Government. I feel like I am going crazy because the UH and TWU transferred that as Texas Government. Ehhh...I hope I can get this clarified because I would not want to take it again when I do not have to.

Did anyone complete their government courses at HCC? I completed GOVT 2302 American Gov Nat/Sta/Local II and I am having trouble transferring this course for my government requirements. Please let me know if anyone has taken this at HCC and if it transferred...thanks a bunch!! =)

I was finally contacted yesterday and was told my transcript was sent out a week ago but I have not received it. I also had 2 classes that was not given credit for. I completed all courses and they just had to update it. I can't believe it's coming so close! Wishing everyone the best of luck! =)

Does anyone have trouble requesting for a transcript evaluation? I have contacted the counselor via email and left a voice message and called numerous times and left voice messages for the register's office with no response. Can anyone help?!? Thank! =)

My HESI score is finally removed on my To Do List this afternoon. I took my test back in December. Guess they are finally entering scores now.

I took the HESI last month as well and it is still on my to do list. Emailed the contact from SON but have not received any reply. Anyone else having this problem?

Reading into my report, reading comprehension was the only section that was broken down into subcategories. So it just worried me a bit if they looked into that. If that's what the checklist said I will not give it too much thought. Thanks smpieper! =)

Correction: conclusion (reading) NOT comprehension (reading)

Hey guys! I am wondering if anyone has the breakdown as to what UTHSC looks more towards beside critical thinking. I did score an 88 on reading but I noticed specifically on the report comprehension portion on the reading I scored a 66% (2/3 correct...go figure). Does anyone know if they are looking at specific parts of reading or overall score? I am not sure if I should try to retake the exam due to my reading session. My HESI score: Critical thinking: 900 A & P: 100% Math: 90% Reading: 88% Grammer: 92% Voc and general knowledge: 94% What do you guys think? Should I retake it bc of my reading/comprehension score?

I understand the deadline is Jan 15, 2013 for fall 2013 admission. I am reading that people are still finishing classes for Spring 2013. Classes can still be in progress after Jan 15th deadline? Transcripts can be submitted after the deadline? I am confused?!?!

Thanks for the info! That's a pretty decent number that is accepted. 800 applicants and about half of those are incomplete? Hmmm...I will have to double check everything now. I would assume that if your UT to do list is complete your application should be complete as well right?

According to Prometric's FAQ, you would have to contact UT to see if there is a waiting period. Prometric states that retesting time period is up to the institution. https://www.prometric.com/en-us/for-test-takers/Prepare-for-Test-Day/frequently-asked-questions/Pages/after-the-test.aspx

Also, I just took my HESI yesterday and does Prometric send our results directly to the UTHSC?
