UTHSC Fall 2015 Applications

Hi everyone! I did not find a thread for fall 2015 UTHSC applicants so I decided to create one, sorry if there is already one. I am going to be applying to Prairie View A&M, UTHSC, and Lone Star College (with UTHSC being my first choice). My current stats are:

Science GPA: 4.0

Overall GPA: 3.9

I am taking my Hesi test this Saturday. I'm fairly nervous about it so I'm studying non-stop until it's time to take the test.

I'm looking forward to talking to everyone else that is applying! :)

Jbau89, Ventura12 and acourts, are you guys going to update your immunizations and all that good stuff just in case we are admitted? I heard it is best to get everything done because it could be as late as July that we find out and that gives us zero time to get anything done before the semester starts!

I got wait listed :) and yes I'm happy about that because it's better than being denied.

It seems like most people who got in were either wait listed from the summer application cycle or had really high GPAs. So if they just so happen to keep me in mind for The spring class, I will be ecstatic!

I honestly don't know why I haven't received anything my gpa is a 3.89 and 4.0 science gpa.. I retook my hesi twice and scored an overall 90 on it and 810 on critical thinking but I guess it's not good enough.. Idk if it's because I took it twice or something.. But please keep us updated if the status on my uthealth changed please.. Did people get a denied email already?

Okay so i just called the admissions office and they said that all of the emails have been sent out, but they have also sent out letters in the mail. She said we should know in the next few days and our status will change online soon. Ahh!
