UTHSC Fall 2015 Applications

Hi everyone! I did not find a thread for fall 2015 UTHSC applicants so I decided to create one, sorry if there is already one. I am going to be applying to Prairie View A&M, UTHSC, and Lone Star College (with UTHSC being my first choice). My current stats are:

Science GPA: 4.0

Overall GPA: 3.9

I am taking my Hesi test this Saturday. I'm fairly nervous about it so I'm studying non-stop until it's time to take the test. :nailbiting:

I'm looking forward to talking to everyone else that is applying! :)

I just got my transcript evaluation in the mail.. It's almost as exciting as getting accepted lol!

Anyone else pulling their hair out??? My fiancé has threatened to take my phone and laptop away because he's tired of me checking my admission status and refreshing my email constantly! :roflmao:

Hey, does anyone know how it works if you applied to both Fall and Summer Semester? I mean, if you accept a seat for the summer semester, does that negate your application for the fall? Or can you chose which one to accept, assuming you get accepted for both?

I'm pretty sure you are only accepted to one semester

Hi everyone,

I haven't received any transcript evaluation from UT yet. I emailed them 2 times already. They sent over my request to the registrar's office but, at the same time, they told me that getting evaluation has no effect on admissions. I'm a little bit worried so I want to ask if you guys are in the same situation? Thanks!

You have to call them on the phone.. Same happened to me when I tried by email!

I called the SON and talked to someone in admissions I think

When everyone is checking there admission status, instead of the green circle.. mine has "view application status"? anyone else?

Mine says the same thing, I'm not able to see any admission status symbol.

The new way to find the admission status is

1) click on main menu after you have signed in

2) click on self service

3) click on student admission

4) click on admissions status

I really wish there were more threads on here for the fall...so many spring and summer 2015s :sniff:
