Hello everyone, I have been invited for interview for the BSN to DNP program at UT Memphis for fall 2014. Just wanted to reach out to anyone else that will attend the interview. How and when was your interview?

It was Tuesday it went pretty well but it's hard to tell. The interview questions were a lot easier than I expected and I felt like they were rushing through to stay on schedule. I'm hoping to hear something soon. UT is my top choice.

Mine too! I think we will hear from them by the second week of April. I like the school and I hope it will be a good experience for us. Can you share how long you have been a nurse and what kind of nursing experience(s) you have?

Just started working in the emergency room in January. I went to nursing school to be a NP so I'm starting quickly. It was a hard decision to start soon but a lot of my instructors support me and gave me good recommendations.

It is good that you know what you want and you are going for it. Hopefully, being just out of school will be an advantage for you.

Haven't heard anything yet. Based on the academic calendar they made their decisions today so hopefully we will hear something in next few days.
