UTHEALTH Summer 2020

Hello all,

I am wanting to apply to UTHEALTH for Summer 2020 and fall 2019. I will be coming from out of state. This semester I am taking Stats and texas government and taking the HESI. In the Spring, I will take Mirco lab. I will have about a 3.2-3.3 overall GPA by the time I apply. Has anyone gotten accepted with this GPA before?

I got accepted! This was my second time applying and I did apply for Fall because of the deadline.

There was no email. I didn't check it all day yesterday and I only checked today because I got on here to see what everyone was saying. Stay safe everyone. God bless.

For those accepted, has there been a facebook group yet? If so, what is the name of it?

I haven’t received any e-mails from UTH, but am trying to get a head start on the things that I can!

I checked at 4:30pm today and was accepted! Congratulations to everyone. I’m sure more acceptances will go out within the next couple of days. ?

If someone made a facebook page already let me know and if not I can make it!

so the acceptances do come out in waves? ? I still have nothing on my end, so I guess it is a bad sign ?

Not necessarily! There may be other acceptances! Also, you could get waitlisted and people do get accepted from it. Alsooo. Some will decline their offer and spots will free up. Students have been accepted up to a few/couple weeks before the semester starts so you still have a chance ?

I checked yesterday around 10 whenever I started getting emails from allnurses. I stayed up until 2 AM checking every hour hoping that something would change. I checked again at 10:30 AM and still said application under review and then checked at 4:30 and saw that I was admitted ?
