Is anyone out there applying at UTA for the spring? I was wondering, if we are asked to interview, what month would that be? and does anyone know when they send out their final decision? Also, what goes on in the interview? Any tips? pls?
lol yea, i didnt realize she was going to post the session on webct. i guess everyone knows my name now lol. did you do the review session? i think it was only 11 people that actually did it and good luck to you also misspink86. i thought the pharm quiz was a lil hard, so im not sure what to expect on the test
yea that test wasnt that hard. it seemed like the first page or two was the hardest and then the questions got a little easier. i think the next test I will work from the last question to the beginning, because my confidence after i think the 4th question just plummeted. maybe we will get some extra credit
yah, I was supposed to leave town tomorrow after I checked the mail, but I ended up leaving today. There was no letter. If it comes tomorrow, then my husband will have to open it for me and tell me the news :) bc I can't wait till sunday!! Do you really think it was close and that's why it's taking so long or just because they took a while to actually start looking at them?
my mail normally comes around from 1-3pm so if you guys get your mail before then please post! I have no idea why its taking them so long since they are just going strictly by gpa. I'm thinking it took them awhile to start to sort through the apps. But Ayeisha brings up a good point too! The competition could be tough...I mean I have talked to a lot of people with 3.5's so I wonder how they pick one over the other??? I have also talked to a couple people who have 4.0's. I know they give extra consideration if you have taken all of your sciences at UTA, 30 or more credit hours, honors college and if you have a previous degree. I guess we will have to wait and see! Good luck ladies!
