UTA Spring 2021 AO BSN/BSN Cohort

Published

Is anyone else applying this June for the Spring 2021 Cohort, either the AO BSN or the BSN?

I'm currently taking CHEM 1451 and STAT 1308. If I pass these classes all I have left are Path and Pharm. I received a B for Microbiology, so I will be retaking that I think, and most likely CHEM & STAT. I received a C for the HIST 1312 US History since 1865, I took it at UTA, if I retake it at my local community college can I ask to replace the grade? Additionally, does anyone know if an Associate's in Science counts as a previous degree?

Don't forget!

  • Check your vaccinations! Start getting them squared away now! Especially the Hep B titers.
  • If you're from outside the US and have had the BCG vaccine, you will need the T-Spot or QuantiFERON blood test (which you probably already knew).
  • TEAS should be taken no later than 4/1/2020 (per the advisor).

Application deadline is June 1st!

Did anyone take Pharm. w/ -----------------------? I enrolled for fall. Just wanting to know what to expect in the course and how she grades.

Wrong professor, I meant with -------------------.

Hi,

I was wondering how long it to took you guys to receive your blue card? Who can I contact regarding that situation? I completed it using IdentaGo, and haven't received anything yet.

I had the same problem, I email the Texas BON , they responded within 10 days and I got my blue card 3 days after.

Thank you so much for replying! I really appreciate it. I emailed them already hopefully I get it soon!

So will we find out at the end of next week or the week after? Again, good luck to everyone. Maybe with everything happening schools will be able to expand the number of students they can take.

I was wondering the same thing. I received an email yesterday stating my application was complete and that we would receive another email with our ranking information. Hopefully, we find out next week.

I think the acceptance letters goes out Friday, 4 next week, It has been the first Friday of September. Good luck everyone.

I received the email that my application review was completed as well.

It notes in the email:

"Official notification of the ranking will be sent to your Mavs e-mail account within the first full week of September."

Since there’s two comments, one saying letters will be mailed and another they will be emailed, I just want to make sure which is it? I’m so nervous and if it’s emailed then I’ll get it to my phone. However, if it’s mailed I’ll have to wait bc it’ll be mailed to my parents house and I live 8 hours away. So can someone confirm which is it? Thanks! ?

Acceptance letters are emailed to your UTA email address first week of September usually Fridays.

Hey guys! Just want to wish everyone good luck and hope we all get what we are looking for! Even if some of us don't get accepted, don't give up and keep trying! To the ones who do, congratulations ahead of time and the best of luck in this new journey. Fingers crossed we get our notice by tomorrow. I'm so nervous, but I know God has a plan for each and every one of us. :)
