How are you preparing for your interview. I'm super nervous!

I think your normal interview questions. I'm an internal applicant so I hope that helps me! I've heard you're automatically in, if you're an internal but who knows! I submitted a great reference letter from my nurse manager on the floor I work for so hope that helps me!

Good luck to those who have interviews this week!!

Still nothing from ICU?

Nothing from ICU, ER and OR yet

It might take a while my friend talked to a recruiter at a job fair and said they received more than 1,000 applications. Hoping to hear from ICU or progressive care though!

Good luck everyone in your interviews the next two weeks!

Did anyone have an interview today? How did it go?

I had an interview this morning. It went well. The interview took up pretty much the full hour!

Congrats on the interview. Is it situational questions or behavioral? And was it with a panel?

It was only two people (the educator and the manager of the unit). Pretty much all behavioral with 1 case study
