Was waiting for someone else to make this thread, but I'm too anxious!
I am applying for the Summer 2019 application cycle at UT Health Science in Houston.
Stats:
HESI Overall: 92.4
Nursing Pre-req GPA: 3.88
Science Pre-req GPA: 4.0
Cumulative GPA: 3.41
My science Pre-req is excluding Chemistry. I'll be taking that in the Spring along with a few last minute pre-reqs. I have 2 F's in random classes on my transcript from a few year ago when I lost my mode of transportation. Unfortunately that's bringing my cumulative GPA down. Still feel like I have a shot though, so I am applying!
I'll also be applying for UTMB Fall 2019, Lone Star Fall 2019, and reapplying to UT Health Fall 2019 (if need be).
I am trying so hard to distract myself and I just can't. The anticipation is driving me crazy. Anyone know roughly what time they have announced in the past?
It'd be thrilled if they put the announcement in couple of hours or so
I'm trying to find different topic to think about, I know this may have been asked many time before but if accepted, do you think working full-time is doable while in the program?
I can't really tell based on the last forum. But do all acceptances go out on the same day? Or is it spread across multiple days? I really hope it is all on the same day

From what I’d seen from last summer everyone got the acceptance email at the same time.
Personally, if everyone starts posting that they’ve gotten their email and I still haven’t gotten anything I’m gonna say that’s either a denial or waitlist.

I have asked on my instagram before about people working during nursing school, and about 20 people responded saying they worked anywhere between 1 shift to full time. It definitely depends on a variety of factors and your own personal abilities.

I'm going to have to agree with this. I'm not sure if that's how they actually do it but last semester when I applied everyone that got accepted received an email that Monday Oct. 22 and I received a waitlist email a week later. BUTTT that might not be the case so don't get sad if you don't hear something right away that's just my personal experience.
