Was waiting for someone else to make this thread, but I'm too anxious!
I am applying for the Summer 2019 application cycle at UT Health Science in Houston.
Stats:
HESI Overall: 92.4
Nursing Pre-req GPA: 3.88
Science Pre-req GPA: 4.0
Cumulative GPA: 3.41
My science Pre-req is excluding Chemistry. I'll be taking that in the Spring along with a few last minute pre-reqs. I have 2 F's in random classes on my transcript from a few year ago when I lost my mode of transportation. Unfortunately that's bringing my cumulative GPA down. Still feel like I have a shot though, so I am applying!
I'll also be applying for UTMB Fall 2019, Lone Star Fall 2019, and reapplying to UT Health Fall 2019 (if need be).
The email you get for acceptance is going to start out with this:

Lol so until you see that, don’t freak out too much!!! Nearly gave myself a few heart attacks when checking my email. And the notification may come out later at night! I was getting off work at 8 the night I got accepted and I saw it on my way home. Ya never know!!!!

Thank you! My overall undergrad GPA was 3.4, but I took two other classes for pre-reqs to apply so it's probably a little different now. When I calculated my science GPA is was around 3.8. I never did receive a transcript evaluation, so I'm not really sure of my GPA, and I didn't really want to calculate it because I feel like I would drive myself insane with comparing scores when mine aren't anything spectacular lol.

By what I’ve read the email let’s you know if you were accepted! & it also changes in your UT portal.
I know, I can’t wait anymore! I actually feel more excited than nervous to find out lol The big day is getting so close!
Yes! You get an email at the same time as everyone else who’s accepted and within a day your status should change on the ApplyUTH portal page ?
The email is the way that 99% of people find out though so if you don’t already have your notifications turned on for it, TURN THEM ON!!!! Mine came as a banner across my phone and I was in complete disbelief for a HOT MINUTE and then the tears started rolling down?
I’ll be checking back here every day this week to see if acceptances have gone out! If someone would please (amid all your excitement!) message me and let me know so that I can get the facebook group set up and officially start adding people to it!?
