UT Health Pacesetter BSN Fall 2018

I haven't seen a topic for the UT Health Fall 2018 program, so here it is!

I am applying for the fall with following stats:

Prereq GPA 3.65

Science GPA 4.00

HESI (just took it last Friday):

Reading 90

Vocab 92

Grammar 84

Math 96

AP 100

I am making a career shift with a BS in Chemistry that I got from UH Downtown.

On my course evaluation , it stated that I needed to take 4 more credits of "college elective" What did you guys take to fulfill this credit for uth?

They accepted speech and learning frameworks as my electives. I had other classes that could serve as electives but these were the ones I had the highest grades on.

Great Hesi score! I'm nervous for the A&P portion. What books did you get to study from? I plan on applying for Fall 2019. I know I'm a year ahead in thinking about all of this but I want to be prepared. If's crazy how some people with such great stats have been denied. ):

In my opinion, the best book to prepare for hesi is HESI Admission Assessment Exam Review by Elsevier. I have the latest edition for sale. If you are interested pm me.

Their scholarship page under the deadline section says "The scholarship application should be submitted at the same time as the admission application, but can be accepted anytime for admitted or enrolled students." Does this mean it is too late to submit a scholarship application?

No it doesn't matter. They prefer you submit it along with application but you can submit it afterwards also.

Hey guys, I know someone had said at the end of May we would hopefully hear something and I went to their website and it says around June 15!

After stalking past forums it seems they usually let everyone know before then. I think they just put a later date to keep people from calling so often to check.

Me neither! I was looking at the summer 2018 forum and the website says they would find out April 15th but they found out early March so we might actually hear back soon!!
