UT, BCM, TCU, and TWU CRNA 2019

I will start the thread that will consume most of our lives in the upcoming months. I am applying to these schools in Texas and a couple in Louisiana for classes starting in 2019. I have worked in the ICU for 7 years. I have shadows several CRNAs and I am ready to get this show on the road. It will be a long journey but the end result will be well worth the struggles. I wish everyone the best with their upcoming journey with applications and interviews.

did you hear that it could take up to the 7th from the UT admissions office?

In ENT residency so basically I am sitting alone at home watching my email getting PVCs everytime I get a spam. If anyone is in the Houston Med Center area and would like to meet up for GRE group studying for next application year let me know... Or for practice on interview questions.

Yea. They said 5-7 business days which fell on the 7th....but i guess it could end up going till the end of that week on the Friday up to the 10th.

Most programs usually give a months notice for interviews so looks like UT falls in the same time frame.

ENT---nice !! Def will keep busy.

Gosh, i hope i never have to do the GRE again but will let you know. I am more than willing to go out of state to get the show started. But if it does not work out and have to focus on the GRE then i will.

Looks like my GPA matched fine along people that got BCM interviews but i def was much lower on the GRE scale.

But i have tons of classes under my belt (associates, bachelors in biology, BSN, MBA) -- taking a few classes in science will not alter my science gpa much etc.

we shall see how it works out.

I hope emails are being sent tomorrow --- i feel like i cant wait till next week...haha

Hi guys -

I just got an email for an interview for UT on Sep. 13th. Anyone else?

My stats are:

GPA 3.84

GRE 158 V/155 Q/ 4.5 W

CCRN and 2.5 years in a level 1 neuro-trauma ICU

Do you guys know anything about this interview (personality based, more clinical, etc)? I don't have any friends in this program and I am not from Houston...so I feel like I'm going in blind
