USPS don't deliver mail applications to BVNPT address, is this true? HELP.

Instead, the BVNPT picks-up the mails/deliveries from the USPS Sacramento itself.

IS THIS TRUE?

Has anyone of you guys experienced the same scenario when you sent your application documents thru USPS?

I sent mine thru USPS on January 20th, then tracked it on the USPS website to see if it was delivered. The last status update I got on the website was "OUT FOR DELIVERY" dated January 21st (I'm in California too, that's why the ''delivery'' was quite fast), since then the delivery status was not updated.

Of course I got bothered by this, being said that it was "out for delivery", the status should be updated to "delivered" right away, but then it didn't. So I waited first to give them some more time, but still, after a week of constantly checking, the status of delivery was NEVER confirmed to be "DELIVERED".

So I decided to call the USPS Customer Service to report about that case, waited for like ten days, until on February 10th, I got a call from USPS West Sacramento, and informed me that regarding my case, the status of delivery was not confirmed to be delivered because they don't deliver mails to the BVNPT address, instead the BVNPT itself picks- up those mails from the USPS itself.

The problem was I forgot to asked if the BVNPT picked up those deliveries (including mine) already, or when will they pick it up.

So now, I'm still waiting, blindly, if my application was in the hands of BVNPT already, and if they are processing it now.

I'm currently waiting until 8 weeks has passed since I sent those applications, since it was said on BVNPT website that normal processing of exam application takes about 4-8 weeks. I'm keeping tab too, if my check has been cashed out (meaning my application is with them and they are currently processing it!) After that I'm going to call them, and hopefully I won't be on hold on the line for a long time.

Soooo. Again, has anyone of you experienced the same situation?

Can someone with a kind heart give me comforting words that my application is with them? It took me quite some time to gather all those documents (especially those documents required from school - since I'm an IEN), and going back to square one again if it's not with them!:no:

I sent in my application in a manilla envelope certified mail.

How big was your package...? It should have just gone through like regular mail.
