USF Nursing Fall 2019 (Upper Division) Applicants

Hi I was wondering if anyone else has completed their application to USF’s Upper Division BSN program! I’ve found it helpful to talk to other people applying to the program and read threads from previous years. If anyone is interested in sharing stats, my current pre-req/overall GPA is 4.0! Im currently finishing my last pre-req of Human Nutrition. Hopefully I get selected for an interview...

Thank you so much. I’m honestly so confused what I did wrong. I have a 4.0 for prerequisites and a 3.89 overall I don’t get it. I don’t know what else I could have done.

You did nothing wrong! Your GPA is great! There is nothing else you could have done. There are so many applicants and it seems that they all have pretty good GPAs, it's basically like winning the lottery. it's a game of luck. Please do not feel discouraged.

I haven’t heard anything yet and I’m getting super nervous!! Do you guys know what the average gpa is that they’re accepting?

Last year, the Average Overall GPA selected for Interview was a 3.85

It is better to check the soar application rather than waiting on an email.
