Usf np fall 2017 applicants

This thread is for those who applied for the np program for fall 2017 please inform if you've had an interview and when you submitted your application thank you :up:

I created my account Thursday night, (4/13/17), castlebranch offices were close due to the holiday. I received an email yesterday morning with instructions about drug testing. I believe we have 72 hours to doing from the time we receive the email. Although my form said that it expired 10/13/17, I had mine done this morning.

I got accepted into the FNP DNP program two weeks ago. Offically accepted today. I am very excited to start the program. I live in the outskirts of orlando. Anyone else commuting from orlando?

I was also accepted into the FNP program. I live about an hour and a half away from campus. Do any of you think they will take that into consideration for clinical placement?

@NurseMood I live about 30 mins from Orlando in Lake County. I will be commuting as long as I am able to. Come clinicals, I may change my mind. Driving almost 2 hours early in the AM would be difficult for me!

Guys, is anyone waiting closer to start date in fall to get their drug test done? I want to complete everything early but they might have us do another one (out of pocket) since it's such a huge gap from now to fall

Nvm, just got off the phone with the USF castlebranch advisor and he said to get it done now and they won't order another one unless you switch clinical sites.

Is anyone else doing the 15 credit additional bridge coursework for the FNP program?
