USF CRNA starting 2018

Anyone applying for USF CRNA program starting 2018, where are you guys at with your application process? or any of you contemplating attending their DNP CRNA program that starts in May 2019 instead?

Nothing for me either... Although NursingCAS only emailed me two days ago saying they officially verified my transcripts so my app is complete for USF to view. Took a long time for them to process everything.

How long does it take to hear a response? My application was completed in August before NursingCas went down for maintenance.

Hi everyone! I just applied a few days ago. Recently heard that the posted October 15th priority deadline on USF's website may have been incorrect. Someone said they were told October 1st. Has anyone else heard or read this different date?

To anyone who gets an interview: it would be great if you can post general stats. I'm sure everyone here would love to know!

GRE: 310

2 years CVICU experience

CCRN, PALS, ACLS

I'm on the CVICU education committee + have done numerous community services

I also applied months ago so thats probably why I received an invitation for an interview earlier.

An individual that I emailed stated that the priority deadline is October 15th which is a Sunday . Does that mean it is actually the 13th or the 16th? Oh the waiting is torture.

I would assume that they see when everything was submitted when they get in on Monday morning. If it's before Sunday at midnight I would imagine you are within the priority deadline.

I've heard nothing. Maybe all of the priority interview invites have gone out already. Hopefully we will be contacted soon.

I didn't realize until now that on NursingCAS it still says my transcripts are being verified... Anyone happen to notice how long it took for that to change after submitting the application? I am guessing that until that's done they won't review my app.

It took almost 3 weeks for my app to complete processing after I submitted it including time for my transcripts to arrive and be processed/verified. If they have already processed your transcripts and are just verifying them it shouldn't be too much longer. You'll get a notification that they have verified your transcripts and your GPA is viewable for USF on your app. I think that's when they can pull your complete app for review.
