my cousin told me that ATI questions are harder. is it advisable to use it as a review for nclex? i am currently using saunders and done with kaplan trainers. by the way, those where just the CDS. do you think i have enough review materials?

I did not use the online info or questions but I did use the books that was given to us at school esp the medsurg and pharm one because they go straight to signs and symptoms and nursing considerations which are important to know for the boards

its really knowledge based questions. i feel the way they making the question is like, they open a book, see something and want to make a question on that point, so they make up three other choices. well, if you know the point, you will get it, if not, there is no way to get the quesiton.
after every ati test, they give u ur weakness, and asked you to review certain chapters. i think it is a detector. it supposed to help you to build up your fundation not to get use to the nclex style questions.
well, we need a firm fundation, but sometimes, strategy and test taking skills a more important.
my school made us use it, but i did not follow every single step.

I think that the high priced study programs are probably worthwhile for those who feel that they need them, but one or two of the review books with CDs should be enough for me next time around. I have read that many find Saunders to be enough by itself.
