USC New Grad Versant RN Residency Program September 2023

Hi all,

     Creating a thread for those of us applying to connect with one another. The website currently lists June 5, 2023 - June 19, 2023 as the application window for the September 11, 2023 cohort. However, I do see what I believe is an open posting at this time. Also wondering, did you guys single or double space your personal statement?

from what I can recall....

1. tell me about yourself

2. tell me about a time you had a difficult time with a patient or family member or coworker, what did you do and what was the outcome.

3. why did you choose nursing as a profession 

4. tell me more about your experience in healthcare

5. what shift do you prefer (day or night)

6. any questions for us

Be yourself. They didn't ask clinical questions. More behavioral.
