I am currently working as an RN here in Az. But my sister lives in Vancouver and I wanted to move with her. What's the quickest way to live and work in Canada? Need help in my decision making. Thanks!

There is no quick way to live and work in Canada as an RN. Not any quicker than the US. And their licensure exam is only given a couple of times per year, not like the NCLEX-RN exam that you wrote for the US.
They have provinces up there and you will need to apply to that province for licensure and meet their requirements. Please check out the Canadian forum that we have here for the contact numbers for the province that you are interested in.
But I can tell you that it is not going to be quick.

Have looked at this a little and sure someone may correct me but I understand each has to get their own work permit
Your husband cannot work under your visa, he will have to get petitioned for a visa that will permit him to work in most cases. Depends on the type of visa that you are getting for Canada.

Under what type of visa do you planify to enter in Canada, is work permit or residency? Separate rules for separate case.
