UPMC Shadyside 2010 hopefuls

I'm hoping to get into Shadyside in either sprig 2010 or the fall. Anyone else out there already accepted or trying as well?

I'm accepted! Anyone know what info session they are planning on going to? I'll be in Mexico :jester: in June so I'm thinking that May 27th is the best for me.

When did you receive you acceptance letter and when was your application completed? Natalie told me that they would re-begin the admissions at the end of last week. By Tuesday (last week) everything was completed. I have heard nothing yet. I am starting to get very nervous now.

I got my letter last Thursday.

Don't get nervous, I didn't get my acceptance letter until about a week before the last information meeting. Just stay positive and try not to think about it.

Now, I need to think over this tuition forgiveness business. Seems pretty stiff. Do you think it's worth it?

And for the tuition forgiveness thing, I honestly don't know because I'm from WV and I don't plan on sticking around for 2 years after I graduate. But I do know all of my friends and classmates that I know of are all on the tuition forgiveness plan. But I would try to get information from other people as well. And I know in the information meeting you attend once accepted, I'm not sure when you have them, they go over it really well.
