UPenn accelerated BSN 2011...anyone?

Just wanted to know how many people here are planning to apply for the accelerated program at UPenn in 2011? (one starts in the summer)

Could this wait be any longer? geeez

the wait is killing me too! i read on last year's thread that they heard back on 1/29 which was a friday. since all the dates have pretty much been the same this year, i'm guessing we'll hear back by friday, 1/28, which is in 10 days! i'm hoping for sooner, though!

Eck...One of my community colleges didn't submit my transcripts (all I took was art history...) and my mom is picking it up to send to them Monday afternoon. I'm really nervous it won't get there in time...

I'm surprised this thread is so quiet these days. I hope decisions actually come out today... Are they going to email us or will it be on the online portal?

From last year's thread it sounds like they will email us that in 3 days it'll be posted on the Applicant portal. So if we're all expecting to hear on Friday we should get an email... today? tomorrow?

Maybe it's the first week in Feb instead?

I just signed into my Penn Portal and got this new message: "Admissions decisions for Accelerated Nursing Program applicants have been completed and the Office of Admissions has discontinued the tracking of application materials. All necessary documents were available for review by the Admissions Committee or you would have been contacted directly."

Does this mean we'll be hearing back from them soon?! Gah, can hardly wait.

AHH!!! just saw this too and it's making me anxious as well! now i won't be able to sleep! i'm guessing we're gonna find out some time next week? i can't believe decision time is already upon us. good luck to everyone! :)

Received in an email today:

"Thank you for applying to the Accelerated Nursing Program at the University of Pennsylvania. We will be posting Accelerated Nursing Program admissions decisions online on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 3 p.m. EST"

Does anyone know if this decision on February 2 will be just the bsn portion or if it is for the msn portion as well? I know that you need to be accepted into both programs and I've heard (though it is rare) that some applicants are accepted to one and not the other, so I'm not sure if you are notified of both at the same time....?
