UoIt/Ontario Tech RPN to BScN Bridging

Published

Hey everyone! I applied to the Post-RPN to BScN Bridging program at Ontario Tech (UoIT) to both of their campuses in Oshawa and Barrie.

I received offers to both and I was wondering if any of you have experience at either of the campuses and if you received offers, which campus you’ll be choosing/attending.

Are any of you guys staying in Toronto (would love to find a roommate) and then commuting in or are y’all local to Oshawa/Barrie?

Thanks in advance for answering the questions and hope to meet all of you that will attend the bridging program starting in September!

I accepted and confirmed my offer at the Oshawa campus a couple days ago. I applied to residence and hopefully I get in.

Maybe I will see you in September.

Hi please I got an offer too for September 2023. I accepted the offer too. Please I would love to know how many days a week are the classes scheduled for and are students allowed to do and pick their placement locations if they live a bit far away. Unfortunately I live about an hour and half away and would be commuting. Please I would appreciate your response ?. Thanks so much @Chris.B

I took the program a couple of years back but it was like roughly 2 days a week. They try to squeeze all the classes together. I think you are assigned the placements, they will try to get you their closest location but I don't think you are allowed to seek your own. You should probably ask them directly if you want a more accurate answer

@Khow89 Thanks so much for responding ????. I do appreciate it
