Unsuccessful on NCLEX

Published

What do you say to friends that don't pass? My class was very close and we just learned that one of our own didn't pass. I'm heartbroken for him. What do you say or do you even say anything at all. If you've been in his shoes, please let me know what YOU would have preferred for your classmates to do.

Thank you for your advice!:crying2:

Well you can say that you are sorry and maybe offer your help if you can, but if he is like I was it is truely so upsetting that no matter what you say it will be hard. So it is still good to say you are sorry anyway and offer your help.

Hugs are always good. Maybe take him out for dinner? Reassure him that he will pass next time and that in 1 year, it will not matter who passed the 1st or the 2nd time!

MOtivate him to not give up and take time to grieve about the exam. When the grief is over and acceptance had been achieved, he may start a study plan and stick to it. It is very helpful for families and friends to support him.

Wish him good luck!

I SYMPATHIZE WITH THEM AND GIVE A :icon_hug:
