So I bought the unofficial results and got a fail. However, when I looked online, I have a RN license number issued to me (in the state of Washington). Can anyone clarify what this means??

Well they are "unofficial" results, there's a chance that those results weren't correct and you passed.

Do you mean you paid $8 to Pearson View for the Quick Results? I've never heard of them not being accurate in terms of passing or failing the NCLEX. They are "unofficial" only in that Pearson Vue doesn't determine if you receive a license, they can only determine if you passed the NCLEX. The results, though, ARE accurate.
Or do you mean you did the Pearson Vue Trick (PVT), paid $200 for a new registration, but found out you must have passed because you have a license now?
Finally are you sure that the license # isn't pending, or a permit number, but is actually a full-fledged RN license #?
Something is wrong here.

I would like to know as well. I never heard of the unofficial results being wrong. Did you contact Pearson about this?
