UNLV summer 2015 Nursing

WHY would they make them in groups?! That sounds terrifying! When I applied last semester I just went into Fawn's (I think that's her name) office for advisement and I had my paperwork and she just submitted it for me. I'm glad I now know what to expect. I'm SO nervous, last semester I didn't get my hopes up in fact I KNEW I wasn't going to get it but this time all my pre-reqs are done and I'm just a mess. It's worse that family already want to make vacation plans for Summer and I'm already telling them I can't because I don't even know if I am in or not. UGH. I'll let you all know how it goes tomorrow.

Good luck to everyone! Exactly how I am feeling as well super nervous. Not sure if I have enough points to get in compared to the cut-offs in past semesters but hoping for the best!

Last semester someone got in w/ an 88.7 and around 95 applied. I only know this cause my friend who got in told me lol im so anxious Ahhh

Rose, Do know the cutoff for last semester? I forgot to ask during my signing session and nobody mentioned it in the Spring 2015 thread.

The cut off was 88.7 I think. Somewhere in the 88s im sure. Last summers thread was 90.4 so I'm really hoping this isn't a repeat of last years scores!

Yikes, I wasn't expecting last summer's score to be so high. I've always heard that it was easier to get into summer but I don't really know what is a low or high cutoff..

From what I have been reading 89 seem to be the norm, the couple of semesters where it jumped up to 90 was high. 88 seems low but really great news for the people that have been trying to get in for awhile! Lets hope it doesn't jump back up for us. That makes me nervous!

From that summer the points have been dropping, I hope it doesn't jump up either :/ I was really confident going into the signing session, but the advisor made me feel otherwise. Hows everyone's points if you don't mind me asking?

I'm at 90.64 if I have been calculating correctly. Does that mean that other people can hear what the advisor tells you during the session? I can hardly sleep just thinking about my signing tomorrow..

I believe I'm about an 88.2 with 2 classes in progress. I was very nervous for my signing sesson as well, but there is no need to be. I was in and out in like 20 min. A couple people talked but most people kept to themselves. I can't remember who posted about their family planning vacation but I'm going through the same thing lol Goodluck to everyone!

So I had my signing session today and it was a little intimidating. Only 8 of the 10 people showed up but I have no clue about how many people have applied or anything. All she told me is that last semester cutoff was 88.something but what I did notice it two applicants had perfect or near perfect hesi scores.. I hate being to negative or just a realist but I don't know if I'm going to make it. We should know before March 15th.
