Good luck to you guys taking the hesi!! Definitely use up the time you have! If you also feel like you do have extra time to spare, take a quick break to air your mind out, especially before a subject you feel the least confident about. :cat:

Hello all,

When is the deadline for summer? And is there a fall application period/deadline as well ? I am a UNLV graduate class of 2008 and considering going back to UNLV for nursing for a second bachelors.

The deadline is at the end of the month. I believe signing sessions are on Thursdays and Fridays but not positive. The HESI needs to be completed before the end of the month as well. I am not sure of the Fall deadline but I assume it will be sometime in the Summer. All prerequisites also need to be completed. Not sure if this applies to you. Also, I think science credits expire and need to be retaken after 7 years.

Cierra how did your signing session go? Mine was extremely quiet so I overheard a lot. It seemed like most people in my group still had pending classes. Also, good luck on your HESI tomorrow. Let us know how it goes.

This is a quiet thread so did anyone else have their signing session yet? Now I have full on anxiety for about a month until we find out!

Hi everyone!

I've been looking for a Summer 2015 thread forever and I'm so glad there is one now so I finally made an account. My signing session is the 19th and I applied for Spring but I was still taking math and bio 251. I'm finally done with my pre reqs and for those talking about the HESI I just re-took mine! I got a 93 the first time and 92.9 the second time I was hoping to do better but I'm okay with my score. Hope everyone is having a great semester ! :)

Hey! Yea my signing sesson was very quiet as well, a lot of people in my group were reapplying with all their prequistes done. I did okay on my hesi, I didnot do as well as I wanted to, so we will see because I still hve 2 in progress as well

I had my signing session on the 12th last Thursday and only about 9 people were in it. Everyone was pretty quiet throughout the whole session lol but I did ask the advisor how many people she's had and she said it's similar to last semesters number... Then again I was only in the second week of signing sessions lol

Are the sessions done in groups? Mine is tomorrow and I'm really nervous.. Does anyone know the exact day that they call to let us know if we got in?

LOL. What does she mean like last semesters number? What was last semesters number? I hate how vague they can be sometimes to add to our stress and anxiety. Not only that, my bf keeps asking me if I heard if I got in yet. No matter how many times I told him the deadline hasn't hit yet. He thinks I am the only one freaking out...

The signing sessions are in groups. I just walked in and the lady asked for my name to check me in. There was about 10 people in my group and 2 didn't show up. Then she just called us up one at a time to make sure our paperwork was filled out properly and took our HESI printout. Nobody talked in my group. It was like nobody wanted to make friends with the competition lol. They said we will know by the 15th. If we haven't heard we can call but not before the 15th. I read last summers post and they all found out around the 7-8th. I hope it's around that time for us as well! SO NERVOUS.
