University of West Florida (UWF) FNP - Spring 2026

Published

I was hoping to connect with other folks who have applied for or intend to apply for the Spring 2026 FNP cohort at UWF.

I applied for early admission, the advisor said about two weeks for decisions to go out.

Anyone else?

Hi! I applied on October 3rd and haven't heard back yet . I assume we will hear something back after November 1st.

Many of you gave me a good idea to apply to more than one program. I'll be looking into UA as well.

good luck to you all and let's stay in touch! I hope we all get accepted!

Congratulations!!

At least you know for a fact that you will be working on your dream goal no matter what .

If you get accepted to both programs, which one would you choose and why? If you don't mind me asking

Thank you! UA was my first choice....partly because they are very reputable. Also, I like the fact that you go to campus a couple times to do skill lab, etc..

With West Florida, you never go to campus. But I live in Florida. And I know a couple people that have gone there and said it was a good program....

I'm leaning more towards UA but we will see. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
