I've been waiting to see if anyone posted a topic for the UW DNP 2020 application cycle. Anyone here apply this year? Nervous to see how the online interview is structured.

Hello all,
CONGRATS for all of you who got accepted!
I got accepted to PMHNP for fall 2020.
I just want to double-check with you guys about the admission process. I already paid the partial fee and submitted stats and transcripts. Is there anything else do I need to do???
I feel like I am missing something...

Hi guys! Hope everyone is doing well in these turbulent times. Has anyone gotten any info on registration yet? I see autumn registration is officially open but when I try to register for courses it says "restricted." Anyone know anything? Are we supposed to wait to register? I've been emailing people but no answer.

Hi there!
I emailed advising at the beginning of June, and this was the response of I received:
"You are welcome to register for your classes when registration opens for your period on June 22nd. Be sure to refer to the 2020 curriculum grid for your track when selecting your courses. You may find curriculum grids here: https://students.nursing.uw.edu/progression/courses-registration/#grids."
I successfully registered for classes using the MyPlan tool on 6/22. Hope this helps!

Also, make sure you selected the correct one. There are the state based sections (I think A) and then the fee based sections (I think B). I was restricted from section A because my track is fee based.

Awesome. Thanks so much. I was also able to register to section B. I sincerely hope it was the correct one LOL

I keep checking as well but nothing yet. I also applied for the scholarships and I think we should be getting word on it this month.

My tuition statement says it won't post until 9/2.
Also, anyone that didn't see the post we have a fb group if youre interested. UW DNP Class of 2023 ?
As the beginning of term approaches, I want to take a moment and wish all of you good luck in your journeys. May you emerge from this program with everything you went in to accomplish!! We enter as students, we will leave as Dr.s!
Cheers! Happy learning! Stay safe in these turbulent times! -Kat

Hi all! I will be applying for the AGPCNP program for Fall 2021. Wondering how you're liking the program? Do you have any tips to boost up the application? How's the proctored essay?
Thanks!
