Hey Guys!

Didn't see anyone start one yet for this application round for UW nursing and though may as well start one.

Hopefully this will help everyone out that reads this, and that joins into the conversation.

Ive been reading the past BSN application posts, and already learned a lot of info!

I have a feeling they will send them out today but who knows! Usually they will update their admissions blog when they do. Anxiety is setting in...

My friend went to UWSON at the health sciences building today and asked. They said they mailed their decisions letters today and we should get them by the end of the week. I'm praying for everyone!!

Thanks for the update. I can't believe we will know soon. The pool of applicants seem so great this year that I anticipate bad news on my end. I will try to stay positive. Good luck to everyone!!!!

MonicaHoyer00 what do you mean language requirement? are you referring to UW itself or UW school of nursing?

For UW, they sent me a letter saying I needed to finish one more quarter of Spanish bc I only did one year in high school. I didn't realize it was a requirement for going to the U. I was just wondering if anyone else had that come up? Also nothing came in the mail today :(

Monica - I wouldn't worry about the language requirement for the general application to UW. If the SON accepts you, it's my understanding that they basically override the general admissions department.

Where do you live? It seems fairly early for today's mail, no?
