Hey Guys!

Didn't see anyone start one yet for this application round for UW nursing and though may as well start one.

Hopefully this will help everyone out that reads this, and that joins into the conversation.

Ive been reading the past BSN application posts, and already learned a lot of info!

I received my SU letter last week and was offered a spot on the wait list! Does anybody know the approximate number of people that are wait listed for SU and what are my chances of getting in? [emoji53]

@AJaqueline Congrats on the acceptance! Do you mind sharing your stats (gpa, experience, etc.)? Curious to know what they're looking for!

As for UW, previous forums have said they've gotten theirs at the earliest April 8. Praying for everyone! Hope we all get in!

Thanks!! Yeah, I don't mind at all. 3.87 GPA, over 500 of experience working as a CNA in a surgical recovery unit, volunteer experience with pruning and donating local fruit to shelters and leadership experience in training volunteers in my unit. I'm more than excited to start nursing school :)

Hi,

My friend that is in the program at UW told me he got his letter last year on April 15th. Two nurses that I work with told me they got their letters in the first week of April!

I got in to Seattle U and SPU but I am hoping to get accepted to UW!

I'm not sure yet I have to weigh out all the costs.

If I get wait-listed for UW I may try and bribe you to accept one of the other programs :)

I'm transferring from Bellevue as well, have you completed all the prerequisites already?

I am just taking organic chemistry this spring quarter then I will be done with all my prerequisites. What about you?

This is so painful! I expect we will hear Friday but the time is going by so slowly!

Hah, we might be in the same class...9:30 start with Brett? I still have a handful left to do but am able to bang them all out this quarter and summer.
